Parking is limited to one vehicle, and oversized vans and RVs must use the Taos Ski Valley parking lot. Cell service can be unreliable during peak season, so please plan accordingly.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Guests must be at least 21 years old to book.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking, parties, or events.
This condo does not have air-conditioning, which is rarely needed at this elevation.
